What is included and what is excluded in the rental price?

Included:

– Unlimited mileage.

– Comprehensive insurance with excess CDW

– Local taxes.

– 24/7 breakdown cover in case of mechanical failure.

Not included:

– Additional Insurance SCDW, GP, TP or Premium.

– Additional Drivers (included in certain models).

– Additional Equipment: GPS, baby seat etc…

– Fuel during your journey.

Are the vechicle insured ?

All rentals include a basic CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) insurance.

What are methods of payment for car rental service ?

You can either pay via our website through a secure gateway or when you pick up the car.

How do i rent a car ?

STEP 1

– Select the dates and times.  

– Choose the vehicle type that best suits your trip and group size.

– Select pick-up and return locations.  

– Please note that vehicle collection and return services are restricted to certain times depending on the type of vehicle.

– Select the extras that you want, check the total price and press “Continue”.

STEP 2

– Fill out the form with your personal information and contact details.

– For both pick-up and return locations it is very important that you state your flight details or the name and address of your hotel or place of stay.

STEP 3

– You can complete your reservation on our website and through the secure payment gateway 

– Fill in the details of your credit card and press “pay.” You will then receive an email with confirmation of your booking and a payment receipt.

Can i change the car after reservation ?

Yes you can.
If you wish yo change you vehicle type after the reservation, simply send us an email explaining your situation and we will get back to you ASAP!

Where can i take the car and where can i return it ?

You can pick-up and drop-off a car both in the Reykjavík Area and at Keflavík International Airport.

What should i do if car breaks down ?

The Car Rentals we work with all have an emergency phone that should be listed on your contract.

If however you are in dire need of assistance or in any danger, please call 112 for police or search and rescue help.
